Reservation
Reservations for up to 6 people can only be made via our websiteNo reservations will be taken by telephone. If you would like to make a reservation for more than 6 people, please contact us by email at reservations@osma.restaurant . We guarentee to reply within 24 hours.
Given the increase in false bookings, a bank imprint (or prepayment depending on the experience chosen) will be systematically requested and your booking will not be guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the booking system.
Cancellation
We operate a strict cancellation policy to protect our small business and ensure our valued customers get the experience they deserve.
We accept cancellations or amendments free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of your booking for normal services. Special services (Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) will be subject to special conditions, which will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or modification after the deadline mentioned above or any no-show on the day of booking will result in the amount of the bank imprint being debited or the prepayment being retained.
Delays of more than 15 minutes are considered as no-shows.

Gourmet restaurant: open for lunch from 12:30 to 13:45 and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:00
