Principles

Our aim is to offer a unique experience, by creating harmony between seasonal products and the Chef's technique and creativity in the kitchen. Dishes can therefore change from one day to the next depending on what our suppliers bring us. Chef Valentin will guide you through your meal with a unique blind menu.

To carry out our mission and deliver the best possible experience, the Chef's Inspiration menu will only be served if all the guests at the table select it.

Food allergies and intolerances

Due to the nature of the menu, we ask you to inform us of any intolerances or allergies when booking. If we are notified 7 days or more before the date of your visit, we will contact you again if necessary to adjust the proposal that will be made to you on the day of your visit. If we are notified less than 7 days before your arrival, we will adapt the menu items at our discretion.

We do not recommend reservations in our restaurant for people with severe intolerances or allergies,as the small size of the kitchen does not guarantee the existence of traces or cross-contamination.

38 euros – business lunch menu (Starter, Main course, Dessert)
proposals depending on supplies, menu served only on Thursday lunchtime and Friday lunchtime, excluding public holidays.
49 euros – Discovery Menu
75 euros – Tasting Menu
