How can I reserve a table at Osma?
To make a reservation, you have several options. You can go to our website (www.osma.restaurant) and follow the steps indicated in the « Reserve a table » section. If your desired date is not available, you can join our waiting list. Alternatively, you can contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Given the increase in false bookings, you will always be asked to provide a bank imprint (or prepayment, depending on the experience you have chosen), and your reservation will only be guaranteed when you receive confirmation from the reservation system (ZenChef or TheFork).

What is the cancellation policy for Osma restaurant reservations?
We have a strict cancellation policy to protect our small business and ensure that our serious customers get the experience they deserve.
Cancellations must be made via the booking platform used for the initial reservation or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can make changes or cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your chosen date.
Special services (Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are subject to special conditions, which will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or modification after the above-mentioned deadline, or any no-show on the day of booking, will result in the amount of the bank imprint being debited or the prepayment being retained.
Delays of more than 15 minutes are considered as no-shows.
How can I make a reservation for a group?
To make a reservation for a group (more than 5 people), please contact us by email at email@example.com. We’ll provide you with all the information you need, as well as the availability of the restaurant to accommodate your group. What are Osma’s opening hours?
Thursday to Sunday
Gastronomic restaurant: open for lunch from 12:30 to 13:45 and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:00.
Wine sales are available during restaurant opening hours.
Where is the restaurant located?
Osma is located in the small commune of Sargé-sur-Braye, at 25, rue Roger-Reboussin. It’s about a 20-minute drive from Vendôme, 50 minutes from Le Mans and 1 hour from the outskirts of Tours or Orléans.
What menu choices do you offer?
At Osma, we offer a unique blind menu that reflects our cuisine and philosophy. This menu evolves according to the time of year and product availability. Depending on the formula chosen, this menu is available in 3, 4 or 6 courses (Starters, Main Courses, Cheese, Dessert), enhanced by amuse-bouches and interludes according to the Chef’s inspirations.
To make your experience truly unique and bespoke, we invite you to provide us with information on allergies, food intolerances or even special preferences when booking. This will enable us to personalize your menu and offer you the most enjoyable culinary experience.
What happens if a customer has allergies or intolerances?
We attach great importance to the freshness and seasonality of the products on our menu. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, it’s essential to inform us at least 7 days before your reservation. This way, we can make sure to adapt our menu to your dietary restrictions. Are there any dress codes?
We don’t impose a strict dress code. Our priority is that our guests enjoy their experience and feel comfortable. However, we do ask that you take care not to disturb other guests by wearing inappropriate attire for the location and occasion (no bathing suits or shorts, no sportswear). We want everyone to enjoy their experience while respecting the restaurant’s setting and atmosphere.
How long does it take to fully enjoy the Tasting menu or the Chef’s Inspiration?
To fully enjoy the Osma culinary experience, we recommend that you expect around two and a half hours, and a minimum of 2 hours. Our menus are designed with particular attention to detail, and by providing this time, you’ll be able to enjoy each dish in a relaxed and tasty way. We invite you to fully immerse yourself in this memorable gastronomic experience.
Do you have a vegetarian or vegan menu?
We don’t have a specific vegetarian or vegan menu, but we can adapt our preparations for you. So it’s imperative that you give us plenty of notice: 1 day to slightly adapt, 2 days to review the entire proposal and redesign the dishes.
Is the restaurant open before 12:30?
As our team is small, we must prepare the service right up to the last minute. It is therefore not possible for us to welcome you while the room is being set up, and the restaurant door will be closed until the team is ready to welcome you properly.
What happens if I’m late on arrival?
We appreciate our guests’ punctuality, as it allows them to fully enjoy the experience we offer. However, please note that arriving 15 minutes after the time specified in the reservation, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show. We therefore encourage you to inform us of any unexpected delays so that we can do our best to welcome you in the best possible conditions. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to make your visit a pleasant one despite everything.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We also accept cash (euros).
How can I purchase an Osma gift card?
Please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will be happy to tell you how to purchase a gift card. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and please note that no refunds will be possible after purchase. Take advantage of this option to offer a special gift to your loved ones, enabling them to enjoy the Osma experience at their convenience.
Are children allowed at Osma?
We don’t have a special menu for children. If you come with children, they can choose from the same menu as adults, and we’ll adjust the portions accordingly. For children under 10, we will apply a child’s rate.
Please note that we only have one highchair available.
Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have taken care to design our facilities to be accessible to people with reduced mobility. To ensure that we can offer you the greatest possible comfort, we encourage you to inform us in advance of your specific needs, whether in terms of table placement or access to our services.
